Qualifications

• Experience managing high-volume restaurant operations.

Responsibilities

• Deliver guest service in alignment with the Boyd Gaming Way.
• Staff, schedule, evaluate, train, develop and monitor team members.
• Hire, train, motivate, evaluate and supervise staff to meet objectives and staffing needs.
• Open and close work area at scheduled times; ensure cleanliness and asset security.
• Work with Chef and kitchen staff to ensure proper food preparation and timing.
• Monitor staff and ensure proper setup, scheduling and delivery of service.
