Responsibilities

• Oversees daily operations and consistently enforces all company policies, procedures and standards.
• Understands P&L and works with the Executive General Manager to achieve financial goals for the restaurant.
• Works with the management team to maximize sales and profits while maintaining high standards.
• Maintains inventories and completes related accounting and administrative reports in a timely manner.
• Assists in recruiting, interviewing and hiring staff and overseeing their training and development.
• Coaches and counsels employees as needed.
• Collaborates with Marketing to implement promotions and ensure food is presented properly every time.
• Maintains strict safety and sanitation standards within the restaurant.
• Ensures proper training and scheduling, maintaining guest goodwill and public relations.
• Supports management with guest satisfaction as the primary focus.
• Maintains a professional appearance and adheres to uniform standards.
