Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide direct and general management to restaurant staff to ensure effective operations.
• Staff, schedule, evaluate, train, develop and monitor team members.
• Hire, train, motivate, and supervise staff to meet objectives.
• Open and close work area, ensure cleanliness and asset security.
• Coordinate with chef and kitchen staff to ensure food preparation and timing.
