Job summary

Boyd Gaming Corporation seeks a restaurant/food and beverage outlet manager to lead the day‑to‑day operations, ensuring prompt and courteous service in a regulated environment. You will monitor budgets and labor, supervise hiring, training and scheduling, and enforce safety and health codes while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

You must be 21+, have at least one year of restaurant management experience, and possess strong customer service and communication skills.

Qualifications

Must be at least 21 years of age.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Ability to stand/walk for extended periods; capable of lifting up to 25 pounds.
Must be able to obtain/maintain any necessary licenses and certifications.

Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day operations of assigned food and beverage outlets and personnel to ensure prompt, courteous service.
Monitor budgets, costs and labor to maintain outlet performance and compliance with company policies.
Lead personnel matters including interviewing, hiring, training, scheduling, coaching, evaluating, promoting, and counseling.
Resolve guest complaints in a timely and professional manner and uphold safety and health regulations.
Assist the Director with budget goals and monitor financial aspects of the department; represent F&B in internal/external matters.
