Job summary

Dunkin is seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead a single-restaurant team, ensure guest satisfaction, and uphold brand standards. You will supervise staff, manage opening/closing, cash, inventory and costs while fostering a positive, guest-focused culture.

You will train and coach team members, enforce safety and sanitation, and drive operational improvements to enhance service and reduce waste. Strong leadership and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills and familiarity with standard office software.
• Fluent in spoken and written English or market language.
• Familiarity with basic math and financial management concepts.
• Previous leadership experience in retail, restaurant or hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Provide strong, positive leadership to the team to deliver great guest experiences.
• Oversee day-to-day operations, including opening/closing procedures and cash management.
• Recruit, hire, train, and supervise restaurant team members, including shift leaders.
• Foster a positive work environment with coaching and feedback.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards.
• Develop and implement operational strategies to increase efficiency and profitability.
• Monitor customer feedback and drive service improvements.
• Engage with the local community and partnerships.
• Communicate priorities, goals, and results to staff; train on new product roll-outs.
