Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role in the food service industry.
• Knowledge of restaurant operations, including food and beverage service, inventory management, and staff scheduling.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire staff.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
• Familiarity with POS systems, inventory management software, and other restaurant management tools.
• High school diploma or equivalent. Restaurant management certification is a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food and beverage preparation.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as local and state laws.
• Train and develop staff to maintain high standards of customer service and food safety.
• Monitor restaurant performance, including sales, customer satisfaction, and staff productivity.
• Resolve customer complaints and maintain a positive dining environment.
• Maintain accurate records of sales, expenses, and other financial transactions.
• Collaborate with corporate offices to implement new menu items, promotions, and marketing campaigns.
