Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role.
• Strong leadership, with the ability to motivate a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of restaurant operations, including inventory, scheduling, and budgeting.
• Familiarity with health and safety regulations.
• Experience with POS systems.
• Able to work flexible hours, including weekends.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Culinary degree or relevant certification is a plus.
• At least 2 years of restaurant management experience.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand long hours.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies to improve food quality, service, and overall guest experience.
• Monitor and manage inventory, ensuring optimal stock levels and cost efficiency.
• Handle customer complaints and issues professionally, working towards resolution and prevention.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, and maintain a clean and safe dining environment.
• Collaborate with the kitchen staff to maintain high standards of food preparation and presentation.
