Responsibilities

• Supervises restaurant Colleagues to ensure customer satisfaction and profitability during shifts.
• Serves customers correct, complete orders within service time goals, according to standards and procedures.
• Prepares and ensures high-quality products as described in training handbook and job station helpers.
• Displays the proper image and follows policies, procedures and standards for conduct.
• Cleans and organizes work stations and maintains restaurant image per health department requirements.
• Performs cash management and ensures compliance with safety procedures.
• Provides direction and coaching to Colleagues to ensure duties are performed and standards are met.
• Monitors labor, food, and utility cost controls and shift activities.
• Completes daily paperwork neatly and accurately.
• Follows opening and closing procedures and handles unexpected occurrences promptly.
