Little Caesars in Jacksonville, NC seeks a Co-Manager to support the Restaurant Manager in delivering excellent customer service and driving profitability. You will help oversee shifts, train and motivate staff, and ensure compliance with health and safety standards.

The role requires strong leadership, reliable availability for 40+ hours weekly, and the ability to manage costs while maintaining restaurant image and guest satisfaction.

Competenze

• Have at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent and basic math skills.
• Minimum three months experience with Little Caesars as a certified Assistant Manager or Co-Manager Trainee.
• Be able to work a minimum of 40 hours per week and perform all essential functions.
• Possess a valid driver's license with a reliable vehicle.
