Qualifications

• Have at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent and basic math skills.
• Minimum three months experience with Little Caesars as a certified Assistant Manager or Co-Manager Trainee.
• Be able to work a minimum of 40 hours per week and perform all essential functions.
• Possess a valid driver's license with a reliable vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Serve customers complete and accurate orders within service time goals.
• Prepare high-quality products as described in training materials and handbooks.
• Lead and coach colleagues to meet Little Caesars standards and policies.
• Maintain clean, organized work stations and restaurant image.
• Handle cash management and follow safety and security procedures.
• Open/close the restaurant and complete daily/weekly/period-end paperwork.
