Responsibilities

• Ensures prompt, friendly, and courteous service, and leads by example.
• Assembles products according to specification charts and maintains quality.
• Completes daily and weekly paperwork, manages inventories and scheduling.
• Hires and trains team members to meet staffing guidelines including recruitment, orientation, and training.
• Increases profits by increasing sales and monitoring controllable costs.
• Creates and maintains an environment that motivates, yields high productivity, and retains team members.
• Ensures compliance with applicable federal and state laws and company policies.
