Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, plus 2+ years in food service with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s degree or higher in business or hospitality management is a plus.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in the food service industry, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or leadership role.

Responsibilities

• Team Leadership: Assist in recruiting, training, and developing team members, fostering a positive and productive work atmosphere.
• Operational Support: Help manage day-to-day store operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Customer Service: Ensure exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally.
• Sales and Financial Management: Assist in managing sales, costs, and budgets for the restaurant.
• Reporting and Administration: Prepare and maintain operational reports, including sales forecasts, labor costs, and inventory levels.
• Safety and Compliance: Uphold safety standards and ensure a safe working environment; conduct regular health/safety inspections.
