Responsibilities

• Supervise restaurant colleagues to achieve customer satisfaction and profitability.
• Serve customers with accurate orders within service time goals and standards.
• Prepare and ensure high-quality products are served as per training and guidelines.
• Uphold image and policies in line with company standards and health rules.
• Maintain clean work stations and restaurant image as directed by management and authorities.
• Manage cash and ensure safety and security procedures are followed by staff.
• Provide direction and feedback, and coach staff to perform duties per standards.
• Monitor labor, food, and utility costs and monitor shift activities for compliance.
• Complete daily paperwork accurately as required by leadership.
