Job summary

Saltgrass Steak House is seeking an experienced restaurant leader for a full-time management role at our Texas location. You will drive guest satisfaction through hands-on leadership, guide cost-control and labor management, and ensure health and safety and regulatory compliance while maintaining accurate daily financial records.

Ideal candidates will have 2+ years in full-service, high-volume settings with strong interpersonal and financial acumen.

Qualifications

• At least 2+ years of full-service, high-volume restaurant management experience.
• Extensive front of house knowledge; Advanced knowledge of financial aspects.
• Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.
• Stable and progressive work history; Strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Ensures excellence in guest satisfaction through a hands-on, lead-by-example management style.
• Utilizes leadership skills to motivate employees and manage cost control and labor.
• Inspects establishment and observes staff and guests to ensure health, safety, and liquor compliance.
• Ensures accuracy of daily sales summaries, petty cash reimbursement forms, and payroll records.
