Job summary

Saltgrass, part of the Landry’s family, seeks an experienced restaurant manager to lead a high-volume, full-service operation in Texas. You’ll model a “Do Whatever It Takes” attitude, coach teams, and ensure superb guest satisfaction.

You’ll oversee front-of-house operations, financials, payroll, and compliance, driving cost control and labor management while maintaining rigorous standards. A stable, progressive work history and strong work ethic are essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of full-service, high-volume restaurant management experience.
• Extensive front of house knowledge; Advanced knowledge of financial aspects.
• Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.
• Stable and progressive work history; Strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Maintains Do Whatever It Takes attitude and leads by example to drive guest satisfaction.
• Motivates staff to ensure cost control and effective labor management.
• Inspects establishment and observes workers and guests to ensure compliance with health, safety, and liquor regulations.
• Ensures paperwork accuracy such as daily sales summaries, petty cash reimbursement forms, and payroll records.
