Maggiano's Little Italy in Troy, MI is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead daily restaurant operations and energize the team. You will partner with management to deliver memorable guest experiences, coach staff, and support hiring, scheduling and training with hands-on coaching for advancement.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of supervisory experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting.
• Strong communication skills and a genuine passion for Guest service.
• Ability to lead by example and energize a team.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Able to perform essential job functions in a dynamic restaurant environment, including varying temperatures and peak hours.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts to ensure seamless operations and exceptional Guest experiences.
• Coach and motivate Teammates to deliver outstanding service and food quality.
• Monitor food preparation, presentation, and health and safety standards.
• Handle Guest concerns with professionalism and a solutions-first approach.
• Support hiring, training, and development of new Teammates.
• Partner with managers on scheduling, labor management, and restaurant initiatives.
