Qualifications

• Proven leadership in restaurant management or similar role.
• Strong customer service mindset focused on guest experience.
• Extensive food and beverage knowledge and service standards.
• Familiarity with restaurant management software such as OpenTable, Avero, POS systems.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience handling budgets and P&L reports.
