The role requires strong leadership, a focus on guest satisfaction, and experience in the food service industry, including food safety certification. This is a hands-on management position with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must be able to fluently speak/read English.
• Math and writing skills are required.
• Restaurant, retail, or supervisory experience is required.
• Guest focus: anticipate and understand guests’ needs and exceed expectations.
• Passion for results: set targets and deliver on commitments.
• Problem solving and decision making: make good decisions based on analysis and experience.
• Building effective teams: place the right people in the right roles.
• Physically capable of operating standard restaurant equipment; age requirements may apply.
• Lift 30–50 pounds and perform motions requiring pushing, pulling, stretching and wrist use.
