Job summary

Flanigan’s Enterprises is seeking a skilled Manager to oversee kitchen operations at our Florida location. You will coordinate with management, supervise staff, and ensure health code compliance while delivering excellent guest service.

You must hold a current food management certification, demonstrate leadership, and be willing to relocate as needed. Competitive salary, paid vacation, health insurance, and a 5-day work week with growth opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current food management certification.
• Ownership mindset and leadership capabilities.
• Flexible scheduling; open 365 days a year.
• Willingness to transfer to a different location.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Strong math skills, ability to count currency and use a calculator.
• Basic computer skills.
• Knowledge of health code standards.
• English reading and writing proficiency.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and handle 50–55 hours weekly.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Communicate kitchen issues with management throughout the day.
• Read and write notes in the manager’s daily log in English.
• Attend weekly manager’s meetings and monthly staff meetings.
• Read the weekly memo.
• Complete weekly/monthly employee evaluations.
• Communicate with MOD when shift ends.
• Provide accurate, honest reports of events.
• Adhere to policies and training materials.
• Attend quarterly supervisor meetings.
