Flanigan’s in South Florida seeks experienced restaurant managers to grow with a beloved local institution. Managers may be asked to work up to 30 miles from the restaurant location and will lead daily operations focused on safety, service, and standards.

Responsibilities include reporting kitchen issues, maintaining the manager's log in English, attending weekly and monthly meetings, and evaluating staff. Competitive pay, 5-day work week, paid vacation, health insurance, 401K, advancement

Qualificações

• Must have current food management certification and ownership mindset.
• Ability to adapt scheduling; Flanigan’s operates daily year-round.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
• Proficient in basic math, currency handling, and simple calculators.
• Must read and write notes in English and participate in meetings.

Responsabilidades

• Communicate kitchen issues with management daily.
• Read and write notes in the manager's daily log in English.
• Attend weekly manager’s meetings and monthly staff meetings.
• Read weekly memos and complete monthly employee evaluations.
• Coordinate with managers on shift handoffs and reports.
• Adhere to policies and participate in quarterly supervisor meetings.
