Perkins Restaurant & Bakery in Boardman, Ohio is seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead front-of-house operations, develop the team, and deliver the warm, welcoming guest experience our guests expect.

You’ll report to the General Manager, drive daily service standards, coach staff, ensure safety and quality, and manage scheduling and performance with a collaborative leadership team. Competitive pay and benefits reflect your experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous management experience in family or casual dining preferred.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and remain on your feet for extended periods.

Responsabilités

• Lead daily restaurant operations, ensuring high standards of service, quality, and efficiency
• Drive sales and uphold operational and service standards across the restaurant
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for both guests and team members
• Uphold and model safe food-handling and operational practices
• Support the hiring, training, and development of all team members
• Step in where needed and take on additional responsibilities as part of a collaborative leadership team
