Red Lobster in Connecticut is seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead daily operations, delivering high quality seafood and beverage service while maximizing guest satisfaction. You will hire, train and inspire the people who make your restaurant stand out.

You will drive sales, maintain a FUN safe environment for the team, and ensure adherence to employment policies while coaching and evaluating performance to build a winning team.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• 1+ years management or supervisory experience in restaurant, hotel, retail or general business required
• 2+ years casual dining or full-service restaurant management experience preferred
• ServSafe, local and state certifications or the ability to obtain required
• Bachelor's degree preferred

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and guest satisfaction.
• Create a FUN, safe environment for team members to develop.
• Ensure compliance with all employment policies.
• Manage performance of team members, including evaluations, training, coaching, and discipline.
