Qualifications

• Minimum 1+ years of management or supervisory experience in hospitality or related field.
• ServSafe, local/state certifications or the ability to obtain required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create a FUN safe environment for team members to develop.
• Ensure compliance with all employment policies.
• Manage performance including evaluations, training, coaching, and discipline.
• Select top talent to add to the team.
