Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers is seeking a Restaurant Manager in Florida to support the Restaurant Leader in daily operations and uphold Raising Cane's standards and culture during shift management. The role involves managing a fast-paced kitchen environment, customer interactions, and ensuring consistent service quality.

You will lead crewmembers, enforce policies, and utilize logs and tools to support shift execution.

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented and organized with strong multitasking abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to lead and coach crewmembers and manage shifts.
• Knowledge of staffing, scheduling and cost management.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and able to learn new systems.
• Willing to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Must be 18+ and have high school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations and uphold Raising Cane's standards.
• Act as manager on duty, open/close restaurant and manage cash handling.
• Direct crewmembers, ensure customer service excellence and adherence to safety policies.
