Raising Cane’s Chicken Fingers is hiring a Restaurant Manager to support the Restaurant Leader in day-to-day operations and uphold Raising Cane’s standards and culture in shift management responsibilities of restaurant operations. The role will involve working in a fast-paced kitchen, extended periods of physical activity, and interacting with customers.

Starting pay ranges from $22.75 to $23.50 per hour plus monthly incentive.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of restaurant or retail management experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensures operations meet Raising Cane’s standards in all restaurant zones during a shift.
• Acts as manager on duty and opens and closes the restaurant.
• Manages cash handling and ensures accountability.
• Directs crewmembers during a shift and provides exemplary customer service.
