Job summary

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills including Email, MS Excel, MS Word are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Executing annual financial, local restaurant marketing, guest service, and HR objectives per IHOP SOPs and operations plan.
• Developing and maintaining professional working relationships with hourly employees and the franchisee organization.
• Managing the restaurant floor with regular guest contact and handling complaints professionally and timely.
