Job summary

Portillo’s Hot Dogs, LLC is seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead our high-energy team in a fast-paced environment. You will oversee shifts, coach staff, ensure top-tier hospitality, and enforce safety and sanitation standards while driving operational excellence.

You will manage scheduling, inventory, budgeting, and labor decisions, delivering outstanding guest experiences. Strong communication, leadership, and English fluency are required, with 1–3 years of management in a similar setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1-3 years of Restaurant Management in a high-volume setting.
• Experience in operations, recruiting, scheduling, food preparation, sanitation and security.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and excellence-driving abilities.
• Knowledge of P&L and restaurant operations.
• Must pass sanitation and responsible alcohol vending courses.
• Excellent communication; English proficiency required.
