Responsibilities

• Provides quality products to customers by ensuring each delivered product meets Papa John’s standards and reflects the customer’s order.
• Communicates, trains and promotes quality standards to team members using Operations Manual and Team Member Handbook.
• Recommends performance actions to the General Manager and ensures team is quality and customer focused, promoting teamwork and energy.
• Manages sales goals with prompt, friendly service and by training staff to increase check averages; supports local restaurant marketing.
• Manages profit goals, controls food and labor costs within budget using PROFIT System; handles administrative and cash duties.
• Plans and manages inventory to meet sales demand, ensure equipment functionality, and maintain safety and security standards.
