• Recommends to the General Manager performance actions regarding team members.
• Maintains an atmosphere of teamwork, energy and fun while focusing on customer service.
• Manages sales goals by providing prompt service and training to improve check averages.
• Pursues additional sales via local restaurant marketing and community presence.
• Controls costs with PROFIT System and manages inventory and cash accordingly.
• Executes administrative duties and cash management.
• Plans inventory to meet demand and minimize loss, ensuring safety and security.
