Job summary

Eatzi's in Dallas is seeking a professional restaurant manager with 4+ years of experience in managing high-profile casual dining venues. You will hire, coach, schedule, supervise and evaluate team members to meet performance and service standards.

You will maintain merchandising standards and manage inventory, and you will keep accurate financial and operational records, including sales reports, payroll, cash handling, and labor scheduling, while ensuring health code compliance.

Qualifications

• 4+ years experience managing high profile casual dining restaurants
• Bachelor's Degree in hospitality management or similar degree preferred
• Proven experience in managing food and labor aspects of P&L and budgeting functions
• Well-organized with the ability to meet timelines and show results
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and listening skills
• Possess strong leadership skills. Able to direct a team to reach desired goals
