Stone House Tavern in Waynesville, OH, is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our newly remodeled space. We offer a full-time or part-time leadership role with a performance bonus and a strong focus on guest experience in a bustling, growth-oriented setting.

Qualifications

• 2 years of restaurant management experience (full-service preferred).
• Proven ability to lead and develop a team in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Strong grasp of P&L basics, labor management, and inventory control.
• Working knowledge of POS systems (Toast experience a plus).
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Guest-first mindset and a genuine passion for hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily front-of-house and/or back-of-house operations in the remodeled space.
• Lead, schedule, and develop a team of hourly staff and hold them to standards.
• Help manage increased volume from expanded patio and bar area.
• Manage labor costs, inventory, and vendor relationships to meet budgets.
• Handle guest concerns with professionalism and urgency.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and alcohol service regulations.
• Partner with ownership on staffing, marketing, and operational improvements.
• Step in on the floor during peak hours to support the team and guests.

What You'll Do
