Archer's Tavern Centerville is seeking an experienced, hands-on Restaurant Manager to lead day-to-day operations at our Centerville location. You will oversee front-of-house and back-of-house, ensuring a high-quality guest experience and a warm, welcoming atmosphere.

Qualifications

• 2 years of restaurant management experience (full-service preferred).
• Ability to lead and develop a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong grasp of P&L basics, labor management, and inventory control.
• Working knowledge of POS systems, Toast experience a plus.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• A guest-first mindset and a genuine passion for hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily front-of-house and/or back-of-house operations, ensuring a consistent, high-quality guest experience.
• Lead, schedule, and develop a team of hourly staff, holding the team accountable to service and quality standards.
• Manage labor costs, inventory, and vendor relationships to hit budget targets.
• Handle guest concerns with professionalism and urgency.
• Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and alcohol service regulations.
• Partner with ownership on staffing, marketing initiatives, and operational improvements.
• Step in on the floor during peak hours to support the team and guests directly.

Archer's Tavern is looking for an experienced, hands-on Restaurant Manager to lead day-to-day operations at one of our two Dayton-area locations.
