Job summary

Houligan is seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead the daily operations at our Heathrow location. You will oversee all hourly team members and manage administrative and leadership tasks to deliver smooth operations and outstanding guest experiences.

You will uphold standards of hospitality, coach your team, handle payroll and scheduling, and oversee inventory, quality and safety while driving community relations and strong financial performance.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of Restaurant Management experience in a high volume, fast-paced restaurant environment.
• Food handler certification, strongly preferred.
• Ability to learn and train others on all aspects of the Stonewood operations.
• Ability to drive hospitality and inspire others to do so.
• Must exhibit an aptitude for leading, coaching, and driving excellence at every level.
• Understanding of financial aspects of business operations.

As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for helping to lead and drive the daily operations of your Houligans location. Your primary responsibility will be to manage the restaurant and to deliver positive guest and employee experiences. You will oversee all hourly team members and will be responsible for all administrative and leadership functions to ensure a smooth operation.
