Job summary

Houligan is seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead daily operations at our Brandon, FL location. You will manage the restaurant, ensure guest and staff satisfaction, and oversee hourly team members along with payroll, scheduling, and daily checklists.

The role requires 2–3 years of high-volume restaurant management, strong leadership, and a passion for hospitality. Certifications and financial acumen are preferred to drive excellence.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of Restaurant Management experience in a high-volume, fast-paced restaurant environment
• Food handler certification is strongly preferred
• Ability to learn and train others on all aspects of Stonewood operations
• Ability to drive hospitality and inspire others to do so
• Aptitude for leading, coaching, and driving excellence at every level
• Understanding of financial aspects of business operations

Job Responsibilities

As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for helping to lead and drive the daily operations of your Houligans location. Your primary responsibility will be to manage the restaurant and to deliver positive guest and employee experiences. You will oversee all hourly team members and will be responsible for all administrative and leadership functions to ensure a smooth operation.
