Everyday Coffee Company is seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead a hospitality-focused team inside a major national retail setting. You will drive sales, manage costs, and uphold high operational standards while delivering warm, fast experiences for every guest.

You’ll hire, train, and develop team members, build a positive culture, and collaborate with store leadership to ensure smooth day-to-day operations across locations, with opportunities for growth nationwide.

What You Bring

• 2+ years of experience leading people in restaurant, retail, or hospitality environments
• A passion for serving guests and elevating their day
• Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills
• A track record of delivering results and building strong teams
• A desire to grow with a company that’s growing with you
• Strong systems proficiency, specifically with scheduling applications and inventory/invoice management platforms; experience with Crunchtime, HotSchedules, or similar workforce and back-office systems strongly preferred.
