Job summary

Everyday Coffee Company in North Carolina is seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead a hospitality-driven team inside a major national retail setting. You will hire, train, coach, and develop staff; drive sales and costs; uphold standards; and create warm, memorable guest experiences from the very first interaction.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience leading teams in restaurant, retail, or hospitality environments.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills.
• Experience with scheduling and inventory/back-office systems is a plus.

What You Bring

• 2+ years of experience leading people in restaurant, retail, or hospitality environments
