Job summary

Everyday Coffee Company in the United States is seeking a Restaurant Manager who will lead a team to deliver warm, fast, guest-focused experiences in a major national retail setting.

You’ll hire, train, coach, manage costs, ensure safety/compliance, and partner with retail tenants to keep daily operations smooth, while growing with a brand expanding nationwide.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience leading people in restaurant, retail, or hospitality environments.
• A passion for serving guests and elevating their day.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills.
• A track record of delivering results and building strong teams.
• A desire to grow with a company that’s growing with you.
• Experience with scheduling and inventory/back-office systems (Crunchtime, HotSchedules or similar) preferred.
