Everyday Coffee Company is seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead a team inside a major national retail setting, focusing on hospitality, guest experiences, and operational excellence. You’ll coach, hire, train, and develop staff while driving sales and managing costs.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience leading people in restaurant, retail, or hospitality environments.
• Passion for serving guests and elevating their day.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills.
• Track record of delivering results and building strong teams.

• Experience with scheduling apps and inventory/invoice management platforms; Crunchtime/HotSchedules preferred.
