Everyday Coffee Company in Longmont, CO is seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead a high-energy team in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.

You will hire, train, and coach staff, drive sales, control costs, maintain safety and cleanliness, and partner with store leadership to deliver exceptional hospitality. If you’re passionate about service and growth, join us as we expand nationwide.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience leading people in restaurant, retail, or hospitality environments.
• A passion for serving guests and elevating their day.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills.
• A track record of delivering results and building strong teams.
• A desire to grow with a company that’s growing with you.
• Strong systems proficiency with scheduling applications and inventory/invoice management platforms; experience with Crunchtime, HotSchedules, or similar workforce and back-office systems strongly preferred.
