Everyday Coffee Company in Raynham, MA is seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead a team inside a major national retail setting, delivering warm, fast experiences and building a culture of hospitality. You will drive sales, manage costs, schedule staff, and ensure a clean, safe, compliant environment while supporting growth as the brand expands nationwide.

• 2+ years of experience leading people in restaurant, retail, or hospitality environments.
• A passion for serving guests and elevating their day.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills.
• A track record of delivering results and building strong teams.

• Strong systems proficiency, specifically with scheduling applications and inventory/invoice management platforms; experience with Crunchtime, HotSchedules, or similar workforce and back-office systems strongly preferred.
