Job summary

Everyday Coffee Company is seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead a team inside a major national retail setting, delivering warm, fast experiences for guests. You will hire, train, and coach staff, drive sales, manage costs, and uphold standards in a welcoming environment.

You’ll cultivate a people-first culture, develop others, and partner with retail leadership to ensure smooth operations while growing with a brand expanding nationwide.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience leading people in restaurant, retail, or hospitality environments.
• A passion for serving guests and elevating their day.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills.
• A track record of delivering results and building strong teams.
• A desire to grow with a company that’s growing with you.
• Strong systems proficiency with scheduling apps and back-office platforms such as Crunchtime/HotSchedules.
