Tony C’s Pizza & Beer Garden in Tomball, TX is hiring Restaurant Managers to oversee front-of-house and back-of-house operations, ensuring guest service and food quality. You’ll work within opening hours, including weekends and holidays, to maintain performance, costs, and a positive dining experience.

The role requires 2+ years in hospitality leadership, familiarity with Aloha/Toast, and strong math, reporting, and team-management skills.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as a Restaurant Assistant Manager or similar experience in the hospitality industry preferred.
• Good math and reporting skills.
• Customer service attitude.
• Communication and team management abilities.
• Availability to work within opening hours (evenings, holidays, weekends).
• High school diploma; additional certification in hospitality is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee FOH & BOH operations to ensure guest service and food quality standards.

RESTAURANT MANAGERS

As one of our restaurant leaders, you will oversee FOH & BOH operations to ensure guest service & food quality standards are upheld at all times.

To be successful in this role, you should be familiar with restaurant operations and have a good understanding of what makes a great customer service. You should also be available to work within opening hours, including weekends and holidays. Ultimately, you will help minimize operating costs, boost our employee retention and deliver a positive dining experience for our guests.

Requirements:

In this RM role, you will manage restaurant front of house / service teams along with assistant manager roles and duties working as a member of the restaurant management (AM) team.
