Tony C’s Pizza & Beer Garden in Tomball, TX is seeking an experienced Restaurant Assistant General Manager to oversee FOH & BOH operations and uphold guest service and food quality. You will lead teams, manage costs, and work with opening hours including weekends and holidays, with a starting salary of $60k–$65k depending on experience.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as Restaurant Assistant Manager or similar experience in hospitality.
• Familiarity with restaurant management software like Aloha/Toast.
• Good math and reporting skills.
• Customer service attitude.
• Communication and team management abilities.
• Availability to work within opening hours (evenings, holidays, weekends).
• High school diploma; additional certification in hospitality is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee FOH & BOH operations to ensure guest service & food quality standards are upheld at all times.
• Manage restaurant back of house / kitchen and front of house / service teams.
• Support the General Manager in a fast-track capacity as part of the restaurant management team.

RESTAURANT ASSISTANT GENERAL MANAGER

As one of our restaurant leaders, you will oversee FOH & BOH operations to ensure guest service & food quality standards are upheld at all times.

To be successful in this role, you should be familiar with restaurant operations and have a good understanding of what makes a great customer service. You should also be available to work within opening hours, including weekends and holidays. Ultimately, you will help minimize operating costs, boost our employee retention and deliver a positive dining experience for our guests.

In this AGM role, you will manage restaurant back of house / kitchen & front of house / service teams along with assistant general manager roles and duties. Working as a member of the restaurant management team you will support the General Manager in a fast track capacity.
