Job summary

Tony C’s Pizza & Beer Garden in Tomball, TX, is seeking a Restaurant Assistant General Manager to lead front-of-house and back-of-house operations and uphold guest service and food quality. You should have 3+ years in restaurant management, familiarity with Aloha/Toast, strong math and reporting skills, and a commitment to team leadership and customer care.

Availability includes evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Restaurant Assistant Manager or similar in hospitality.
• Familiarity with restaurant management software, like Aloha/Toast.
• Good math and reporting skills.
• Customer service attitude.
• Communication and team management abilities.
• Availability to work within opening hours (evenings, holidays, weekends).
• High school diploma; additional hospitality certification is a plus.

RESTAURANT ASSISTANT GENERAL MANAGER

As one of our restaurant leaders, you will oversee FOH & BOH operations to ensure guest service & food quality standards are upheld at all times.

To be successful in this role, you should be familiar with restaurant operations and have a good understanding of what makes a great customer service. You should also be available to work within opening hours, including weekends and holidays. Ultimately, you will help minimize operating costs, boost our employee retention and deliver a positive dining experience for our guests.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience as a Restaurant Assistant Manager or similar experience in the hospitality industry preferred
• Familiarity with restaurant management software, like Aloha/Toast
• Good math and reporting skills

Start at $60k to $65k per year, based on experience.

In this AGM role, you will manage restaurant back of house / kitchen & front of house / service teams along with assistant general manager roles and duties. Working as a member of the restaurant management team you will support the General Manager in a fast track capacity.
