Job summary

TC4 & Co is hiring Restaurant Managers in Bee Cave, TX. You will oversee front of house and back of house operations to ensure guest service and food quality standards are upheld.

You'll work opening hours including weekends and holidays, manage teams, control costs, and lead a positive dining experience for guests.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as a Restaurant Assistant Manager or similar in hospitality.
• Familiarity with restaurant management software like Aloha/Toast.
• Strong math and reporting skills.
• Customer service attitude.
• Excellent communication and team management abilities.
• Availability to work during opening hours (evenings, holidays, weekends).
• High school diploma; hospitality certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee FOH & BOH operations to ensure guest service & food quality standards.
• Help minimize operating costs and boost employee retention.
• Deliver a positive dining experience for our guests.
• Lead and develop restaurant front-of-house teams as part of the management team.

RESTAURANT MANAGERS

As one of our restaurant leaders, you will oversee FOH & BOH operations to ensure guest service & food quality standards are upheld at all times.

To be successful in this role, you should be familiar with restaurant operations and have a good understanding of what makes a great customer service. You should also be available to work within opening hours, including weekends and holidays. Ultimately, you will help minimize operating costs, boost our employee retention and deliver a positive dining experience for our guests.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience as a Restaurant Assistant Manager or similar experience in the hospitality industry preferred
• Familiarity with restaurant management software, like Aloha/Toast
• Good math and reporting skills

Start at $55k to $60k per year, based on experience.

In this RM role, you will manage restaurant front of house / service teams along with assistant manager roles and duties working as a member of the restaurant management (AM) team.
