We seek a results-oriented leader who is passionate about people, quality, and hospitality. You will be responsible for the overall operation of your location, including team performance, sales and profitability growth, cost control, staff development, training, and retention.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Prioritize guest service and satisfaction through personal example.
  • Assist the Managing Partner with recruiting, training, developing, and retaining dedicated staff committed to delivering excellent hospitality.
  • Help achieve targeted budgets, goals, and objectives.
  • Ensure all daily restaurant paperwork, including daily sheets, payroll, purchase orders, bank deposits, and employment forms, are completed accurately and promptly.
Requirements
  • 2-5 years of experience in Casual Dining, Upscale Casual Dining, or Fine Dining.
  • Strong leadership skills with a positive attitude, enthusiasm, and a passion for hospitality.
  • Excellent communication, training, and team development abilities.
