Job Summary

Are you passionate about providing guests with an exceptional dining experience? Perkins American Food Co. seeks a Restaurant Manager who is dedicated, ambitious, and eager to grow their career. You will oversee front-of-house operations, ensure quality food and service, and manage front-of-house staff.

Responsibilities
  • Driving sales, steps of service, and guest satisfaction
  • Overseeing restaurant cleanliness and guest safety
  • Managing safe food-handling procedures
  • Assisting with interviewing, hiring, and training staff
  • Performing other duties as assigned
Qualifications
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • At least 1 year of management experience in family or casual dining (preferred)
  • ServSafe Food Manager Certification (preferred)
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills
  • Strong planning, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
  • Ability to stand, walk, reach, and bend for extended periods
