Requirements and Qualifications

What You Need to Know

  1. Five-day work week; scheduled 50 hours per week with a maximum of 3 closing shifts.
  2. Paid Time Off: 1 week after 6 months, totaling 15 days per year.
  3. Manager schedule written one month in advance.
  4. Complimentary dining privileges at our restaurant and 50% off at all other locations.
  5. 401(k) Plan with Company Contribution.
  6. Highly competitive salary with biannual performance and annual salary review.
  7. Quarterly incentive based on restaurant performance.
  8. Eight-week Management Training Program.

  11. Hours of Operation are 11am-12am/1am, some nights at some locations.
