We are seeking a results-oriented leader who is passionate about hospitality and team development. As a Restaurant Manager, you will oversee the overall operation of your location, focusing on team performance, sales growth, profitability, and staff development.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Prioritize guest service and satisfaction by setting an example
  • Assist the Managing Partner with recruiting, training, and developing staff dedicated to delivering excellent hospitality
  • Help achieve targeted budgets, goals, and objectives
  • Complete all daily restaurant paperwork accurately and promptly, including daily sheets, payroll, purchase orders, bank deposits, and employment forms
Requirements
  • 2-5 years of experience in Casual Dining, Upscale Casual Dining, or Fine Dining
  • Strong leadership skills with a positive attitude and enthusiasm for hospitality
  • Excellent communication, training, and team development abilities
