We seek a results-oriented leader who desires success through people, quality, and hospitality. Responsible for overall operations, including team performance, sales, profitability, cost controls, and staff development.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Establish guest service and satisfaction as a priority through personal example
  • Assist the Managing Partner in recruiting, training, and developing staff dedicated to delivering excellent hospitality
  • Help achieve targeted budgets, goals, and objectives
  • Ensure all daily restaurant paperwork is completed accurately and timely, including daily sheets, payroll, purchase orders, bank deposits, and employment forms

Requirements:

  • 2-5 years of experience in Casual Dining, Upscale Casual Dining, or Fine Dining
  • Strong leadership with a positive attitude, enthusiasm, and passion for hospitality
  • Excellent communication, training, and team development skills
