We are looking for a results-oriented leader with the desire to achieve success through people, quality, and hospitality. Responsible for the overall operation of their location. Key responsibilities include team performance, increased sales and profitability, effective cost controls, and staff development, training, and retention.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Establish guest service and satisfaction as a priority through personal example
  • Assist the Managing Partner with recruiting, retaining, training, and developing staff dedicated to delivering high hospitality standards
  • Help achieve targeted budgets, goals, and objectives
  • Ensure all daily restaurant paperwork is completed accurately and timely, including daily sheets, payroll, purchase orders, bank deposits, employment forms, etc.
Requirements
  • 2-5 years of experience in Casual Dining, Upscale Casual Dining, or Fine Dining
  • Strong leadership skills with a positive attitude, enthusiasm, and a passion for hospitality
  • Outstanding ability to communicate, train, and develop your team
